West Melbourne Announce Unchanged Squad For Ulaanbaatar Challenger
West Melbourne Stateside will take an unchanged squad into this weekend’s FIBA 3×3 Ulaanbaatar Challenger.
Stateside were represented by Lucas Walker, Peter Crawford, Cooper Wilks and Tim Keating at the FIBA 3×3 World Tour Chengdu Masters last weekend, with that quartet set to hit the court again in Ulaanbaatar this weekend. They qualified for the Ulaanbaatar Challenger by winning the Darwin NBL 3×3 Pro Hustle earlier this year,
West Melbourne will compete in the tournament’s qualifying draw on Saturday, with their first game slated for 3:40pm AEST against a yet to be determined wild card team. Their second game will be at 4:30pm AEST against Changzhou.

Stateside won’t be the only 3x3Hustle team at the event, with Geelong Supercats also in action.
Challenger events serve as play-in tournaments for World Tour Master events, with the Ulaanbaatar Challenger a pathway towards making the Saskatoon Masters in July.
