West Melbourne Stateside Bow Out Of FIBA World Tour Chengdu Masters
West Melbourne Stateside’s FIBA 3×3 World Tour Chengdu Masters campaign is over, after losing their two pool games on Saturday.
Facing tough opposition, the new look Stateside team of Lucas Walker, Peter Crawford, Cooper Wilks and Tim Keating weren’t able to secure a victory in the pool stages.
They lost their first match to Riga, the world’s number three ranked team, 21-17. It was a mighty effort from West Melbourne, but they just fell short at the death.
