Australian Women Make FIBA 3×3 Olympic Qualifying Tournament
The Olympic dream for the Australian women is still alive.
FIBA have announced the Australian women have advanced to next year’s FIBA 3×3 Olympic Qualifying Tournament in India on March 18-22.
It means the Australian women will have one last chance to make the first ever 3×3 event at next year’s Tokyo 2020 Olympics, after missing out on direct qualification.
The Olympic Qualifying Tournament will grant three tickets per gender to Tokyo 2020.

The Australian men didn’t qualify for the Olympic Qualifying Tournament due to FIBA’s unique qualification system.
