Australian Women Win Gold At FIBA U18 3×3 Asia Cup, Men Bronze
Australian women keep on winning gold in 3×3 events, after the Aussies finished first in the FIBA U18 3×3 Asia Cup.
The team of Shyla Heal, Georgia Amoore, Casey Valenti-Paea and Ruby Porter dominated the tournament, going undefeated to win the gold.
In the final day of action, Australia got past Thailand in the quarterfinal 20-13, Philippines in the semi-final 15-12 and Japan in the grand final 21-10.

The men’s team, led by Kian Dennis, Sebastian Griffin, Daniel Foster and Jacob Richards, had a strong tournament, coming all the way from the qualifying draw to win a medal.
Australia beat second seeded Mongolia 19-17 in the semi-finals, before just losing to Japan 18-17 in the semi-final.
The men bounced back in the third placed game, beating China 21-17.
