FNQ Basketball set to shine on big stage

Far North Queensland, represent! One of Australia’s finest 3×3 teams, Townsville’s TSV 3×3, will lead the Aussie charge as they take part in the 2018 SINA 3×3 Elite League in Beijing this week.

The TSV 3×3 team will be headlined by Tim Keating, Keegan Tidehope, Matt Rees and will be joined by former Boomer—and 2018 NBL 3×3 Pro Hustle Champion—Peter Crawford, despite a recent finger injury that threatened to derail his hopes of taking the court.

The team played in the 2018 NBL 3×3 Pro Hustle, as well as the Hang Zhou & Lipik FIBA Challenger events, and will again test their mettle by taking on some of the best 3×3 players and teams in the world—including Serbian duo, and the #1 and #2 ranked 3×3 players in the world, Dušan Domović Bulut and Stefan Stojacic.

The action will take place from December 15-17, and can be streamed via the Sina 3×3 Facebook page.
